NOKIA N97

Nokia has just recently launched its new member of N-series mobile phones, the Nokia N97 smart phone. Predictions are that it will be the best mobile phone of 2009. The Nokia N97 is the world’s most advance mobile computer specially designed to meet the needs of Internet-savvy consumers, according to Nokia’s official press release. N97 is a strong competitor for the Apple iPhone. It is first touch enabled N-series phone. It runs on the Symbian S60 5th edition. It is fully compatible with the Nokia Ovi System Utilities. It is designed with every flaw fixed which was found in iPhone.

Nokia N97 Specifications:

* 3.5 inch TFT Touchscreen Display
* 360 x 640 Screen Resolution
* QWERTY Keyboard with Haptics
* 32GB of Internal Storage Memory
* 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens
* GPS with Nokia Maps 3.0 app
* Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Infrared
* Accelerometer and Proximity Sensor
* microSD card supporting upto 16GB External Memory

N97 focuses on desktop widgets which will allow users to syndicate data in real-time through various social networks. It will be the most comfortable phone to socialise your facebook life. Third-party developed widgets will also be available to download when they are available.
It also features the Nokia Tube, that lets users to check contacts quickly. Its QWERTY keyboard resembles Xperia look but Nokia has already made a device like that before the Nokia 810 Internet Tablet.
It is expected to be available all over Europe in June 2009 with a price tag of 550 euros ($695).

NOKIA N79

The N79, on the other hand, is the successor to the N78. It still retains the candybar design but will now come with a 5-megapixel camera, dual-LED flash, and changeable front and back covers for the digital fashionista. Connectivity is provided by 3G, WiFi and GPS. Both new handsets are set to be released in the UK starting next month, and roll out in other European regions will follow later on.
While they may look the same as their predecessors, both handsets are indeed a step-up in terms of features. This is perfect for those who have been holding back on getting either an N81 or N78 as these two new models definitely have more to offer. I guess with Nokia, you never have to wait long for a better unit to come out to replace the current ones available.

NOKIA N85

Nokia is releasing two new N-series phones which are set to replace their current counterparts, and will bolster their already solid line-up of multimedia handsets in the market. The Ngage compatible N85 is an upgrade of the N81, and will likewise come in a slider form factor. However, unlike the N81, it’ll come equipped with a a 5-megapixel camera, GPS and geotagging, longer battery life, and a brilliant 2.6-inch AMOLED screen. It’ll come bundled with a more-than-adequate 8GB microSDHC card which will be perfect for storing all your photos, videos, games and mp3 files.

BRIEF HISTORYOF FOREX TRADING

Initially, the value of goods was expressed in terms of other goods, i.e. an economy based on barter between individual market participants. The obvious limitations of such a system encouraged establishing more generally accepted means of exchange at a fairly early stage in history, to set a common benchmark of value. In different economies, everything from teeth to feathers to pretty stones has served this purpose, but soon metals, in particular gold and silver, established themselves as an accepted means of payment as well as a reliable storage of value. Originally, coins were simply minted from the preferred metal, but in stable political regimes the introduction of a paper form of governmental IOUs (I owe you) gained acceptance during the Middle Ages. Such IOUs, often introduced more successfully through force than persuasion were the basis of modern currencies. Before World War I, most central banks supported their currencies with convertibility to gold. Although paper money could always be exchanged for gold, in reality this did not occur often, fostering the sometimes disastrous notion that there was not necessarily a need for full cover in the central reserves of the government.
At times, the ballooning supply of paper money without gold cover led to devastating inflation and resulting political instability. To protect local national interests, foreign exchange controls were increasingly introduced to prevent market forces from punishing monetary irresponsibility.
In the latter stages of World War II, the Bretton Woods agreement was reached on the initiative of the USA in July 1944. The Bretton Woods Conference rejected John Maynard Keynes suggestion for a new world reserve currency in favour of a system built on the US dollar. Other international institutions such as the IMF, the World Bank and GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade) were created in the same period as the emerging victors of WW2 searched for a way to avoid the destabilising monetary crises which led to the war. The Bretton Woods agreement resulted in a system of fixed exchange rates that partly reinstated the gold standard, fixing the US dollar at USD35/oz and fixing the other main currencies to the dollar - and was intended to be permanent.
The Bretton Woods system came under increasing pressure as national economies moved in different directions during the sixties. A number of realignments kept the system alive for a long time, but eventually Bretton Woods collapsed in the early seventies following president Nixon's suspension of the gold convertibility in August 1971. The dollar was no longer suitable as the sole international currency at a time when it was under severe pressure from increasing US budget and trade deficits.
The following decades have seen foreign exchange trading develop into the largest global market by far. Restrictions on capital flows have been removed in most countries, leaving the market forces free to adjust foreign exchange rates according to their perceived values.
But the idea of fixed exchange rates has by no means died. The EEC (European Economic Community) introduced a new system of fixed exchange rates in 1979, the European Monetary System. This attempt to fix exchange rates met with near extinction in 1992-93, when pent-up economic pressures forced devaluations of a number of weak European currencies. Nevertheless, the quest for currency stability has continued in Europe with the renewed attempt to not only fix currencies but actually replace many of them with the Euro in 2001.
The lack of sustainability in fixed foreign exchange rates gained new relevance with the events in South East Asia in the latter part of 1997, where currency after currency was devalued against the US dollar, leaving other fixed exchange rates, in particular in South America, looking very vulnerable. But while commercial companies have had to face a much more volatile currency environment in recent years, investors and financial institutions have found a new playground. The size of foreign exchange markets now dwarfs any other investment market by a large factor. It is estimated that more than USD 3,000 billion is traded every day, far more than the world's stock and bond markets combined.

SPOT AND FORWARD TRADING

When you trade foreign exchange you are normally quoted a spot price. This means that if you take no further steps, your trade will be settled after two business days. This ensures that your trades are undertaken subject to supervision by regulatory authorities for your own protection and security. If you are a commercial customer, you may need to convert the currencies for international payments. If you are an investor, you will normally want to swap your trade forward to a later date. This can be undertaken on a daily basis or for a longer period at a time. Often investors will swap their trades forward anywhere from a week or two up to several months depending on the time frame of the investment. Although a forward trade is for a future date, the position can be closed out at any time - the closing part of the position is then swapped forward to the same future value date.

WHAT INFORMATION CAN WE GIVE AWAY THAT WILL CREATE VALUE?

Investing knowledge was treated the same way as a trade secret. People did not want to share how they made money through stocks, Forex, or real estate. They were afraid that other people would copy them and the writer would lose money. Is it possible that there is a worldwide phenomenon of abundance thinking? Maybe this phenomenon is causing people to notice that by giving away information, we actually get richer. As more and more people give away information, everyone in the world gets richer and richer.
Another powerful benefit created by the above mentioned post is that it can be very inspiring. It’s easy for us to imagine that we are going to have our own Forex investing experiment. We can see ourselves go through the same learning process. It makes it OK to not know everything and stumble around at first.
Posting about our own learning experiences helps all of our readers to learn new things. And, learning about the details and strategies of investing is no exception. The trends that have been established by the power of the blog will continue to grow. And, it will be great as everyone has their own investing experiments.

THE I.D.E.A KAZ A LUXURY LIMOUSINE

The I.D.E.A KAZ was a luxury limousine concept from 2001. The KAZ, Keio Advanced Zero-emission vehicle, has a total of 8 wheels, 6 of which are involved in turning. Each of the KAZ's 8 wheels is powered by its own electric motor - hence the zero emissions. Unfortunately, whereas most luxury vehicles have names which evoke a sense of prestige and quality, the I.D.E.A KAZ sounds more like an electronic gadget

STRANGE VEHICLES AUDI RSQ

The RSQ concept starred alongside Will Smith in the blockbuster movie
'I, robot'.
The Audi RSQ was unveiled at the 2004 New York Automobile show. Not destined for production although some styling details are evident on Audi's Le Mans supercar (in production as the Audi R8). The RSQ features the novel idea of spherical wheels at all four corners to increase maneuverability. They move in a manner similar to the ball in computer mouse to theoretically allow the RSQ to travel in all directions with equal agility

ROOCK PORSCHE 911 TURBO RST 600 LM

The 2009 Roock RST 600 LM was built to commemorate the Roock Racing victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Roock's extensive tuning program for the 997 Turbo RST 600 LM includes modified twin-turbochargers, titanium exhaust, proprietary fuel maps and engine management software. These upgrades allow the Roock Porsche 911 Turbo RST 600 LM to produce 602 horsepower and a maximum torque of 611 lb-ft, while maintaining daily drivability. Roock's RST 600 LM takes just 3.1 seconds to reach 60 mph, top speed is 212 mph. Roock has also added a carbon racing clutch for precise shifting and a tuned suspension that is fully adjustable in jounce and rebound. To ensure ultimate stopping power, Roock has equipped the Porsche 911 RST 600 LM with new cross drilled and vented 380mm rotors, carbon swivel brake lines and 8 pot calipers.
The interior of the Roock Porsche 911 Turbo RST 600 LM is specially equipped with custom designed carbon fiber trim to order. The silver accented center console is modified to include an oil and temperature gauge and an exclusive push start button. Exclusive Roock designed 4 point harness sports seats are adjustable with side support to further enchance the daily drivability.

THE 2009 TECHART GT STREET R

The TechArt GTstreet R is fitted with the TechArt performance kit (TA097/T3 if you're interested) which means an engine output of 660 horsepower (485 kW) and a maximum torque of 860 Nm @ 4,600 rpm. The GTstreet R with Tiptronic S can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.4 seconds and with manual transmission it only takes a tenth of a second longer. The top speed is in excess of 214 mph.
The performance increase comes courtesy of new turbochargers, large carbon fibre inlet pipes, special intercoolers, a sports exhaust system combined with high-performance manifolds and an improved sports air filter.
The body and chassis modifications make for balanced downforce on the front and back axles, while a specially adapted TechArt VarioPlus coil over suspension system guarantees excellent handling at high speeds and ensures extra driving stability and safety.
The aggressive styling of the bodywork includes a new aero-bonnet, headlight trims and mirror trims, deeper sill panels and carbon fibre roof spoiler characterize the dynamic design of the car. Air intakes on the front spoiler and rear wing provide ventilation for the engine, while the rear apron with its carbon fibre diffuser and air ducts leading to the intercooler are additional special features of the comprehensive TechArt GTstreet R aerodynamic package.
The interior of the TechArt GTstreet R features a fully tailored interior which can be designed to suit the customers tastes. Striking decorative stitching and sporty highlights in individual color combinations can be mixed with additional accessories such as the non-slip TechArt 3-spoke sports wheel, aluminium pedals and much more.

GEMBALLA MIRAGE GT CARBON EDITION

The Gemballa Mirage GT Carbon Edition is based on the Porsche Carrera GT.
Every element of the cars aerodynamic design has been optimised in the wind tunnel. And, as the name suggests the main components are formed from carbon fibre. The exterior body modifications include a new front apron with larger intakes, new sideskirts, and a new rear bumper with integrated diffuser.
The 5.7 litre V10 engine has been enhanced with the addition of a revised engine management system and a full sports exhaust system. This means the power output now stands at 670 horsepower @ 8,000 rpm and torque at 630 Nm @ 5,700 rpm. As a result the 0-62 mph sprint takes just 3.7 seconds and the top speed is 208 mph.

MERCEDE-BENZ MCLAREN SLR STIRLING MOSS

The Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR Stirling Moss is the final swan son for the SLR supercar. The SLR Stirling Moss is a limited edition version strictly limited to 75 units.
The equipment of the SLR Stirling Moss is extremely sophisticated and yet at the same time decidedly Spartan, doing without both a roof and side windows. There are just two wind deflectors a couple of centimetres in height to protect the driver and passenger from the airflow. Two air scoops integrated into the carbon fibre bodywork serve as roll-over bars.
The SLR Stirling Moss sports an exciting, pronounced arrow-shaped form and is characterised by an elongated bonnet and a compact, muscular rear. As there is no windscreen, the exterior and interior flow smoothly into one. The bonnet also stretches from its striking tip right down into the interior, giving the vehicle body a distinctly sleek and purposeful appearance. In case of bad weather the vehicle can be closed by two tonneau covers which are carried in the trunk. Powered by a front mounted 5439cc supercharged V8 which develops 650 horsepower, the SLR Stirling Moss can reach 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 217 mph. Thanks to the high-precision work carried out in the wind tunnel, the SLR Stirling Moss always generates sufficient downforce for extremely safe handling. But the driver can also manually operate the AIRBRAKE in order to increase the contact pressure further.

MASERATI BIRDCAGE 75th

The Maserati Birdcage 75th concept is built on a Maserati MC12 platform. The Birdcage was first shown at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show to commemorate 75 years of Pininfarina design.

FERRARI CALIFORNIA GT

The 2008 Ferrari California is the latest model in the new generation of Ferraris. The California is intended to be a more versatile grand touring sports car than most previous Ferraris, and will be available exclusively as a convertible with a folding hard top roof.
Like all current Ferrari models both the chassis and body of the California are formed from lightweight aluminium. However the location of the V8 engine is a break from tradition. For the first time in Ferrari's history the V8 powerplant is mounted in a mid-front position.
The 4.3 litre V8 engine of the Ferrari California develops 460 horsepower @ 7,500 rpm, mated to a rear-mounted 7-speed dual clutch transmission driving the rear wheels it allows the California to hit 62 mph in under 4 seconds.
The Ferrari California is also equipped with Ferrari's F1-Trac traction control system which made its debut on the 599 GTB Fiorano and has been adapted to suit the typical driving conditions expected for this GT car. Brembo brakes with carbon-ceramic discs guarantee the speed can be reined in at any time.
Inside the Ferrari California new accessories and equipment, such as the seats, steering wheel, instrument panel and infotainment system, together with optimised aerodynamics ensure that this is a highly ergonomic and desirable car to drive regardless of whether the top is up or down.

THE TESLA MODEL S 2009 (due in 2011)

The Tesla Model S, which is due to go into full production at the end of 2011, is an all-electric powered luxury saloon with a versatile and practical interior. With a 300-mile range and 45-minute QuickCharge capability, theTesla Model S can carry five adults and two children in quiet comfort. Charges can be made from a 110V, 220V or 440V outlet and Tesla are working with the US government to set up charging stations at various locations.
The drivetrain of the Tesla Model S includes a liquid-cooled 9-inch motor, floor-mounted battery pack and a single-speed gearbox, delivering smooth, continuous acceleration. The electric motor allows for a highly impressive 0-60 mph sprint time of just 5.6 seconds. The top speed is 120 mph.
Designed by Franz von Holzhausen, the car's aggressive stance gives way to a modern silhouette, with minimal front and rear overhangs for maximum space efficiency. The car's mature face defines the future of the Tesla brand and incorporates the touches from the Tesla Roadster. Environmentally friendly materials are incorporated throughout, including water-based paint for the exterior, chrome-free vegetable tanned Italian leather on interior, and 100 percent recycled PET plastic carpeting from Futuris. Other high-tech features of the Tesla Model S include a panoramic glass roof with sliding moon roof, permanent 3G connectivity with Internet, HD and satellite radio, 17-inch touchscreen display housed in the center console and a fully digital instrument cluster.

THE LONG AWAITED 2010 PORSCHE PANAMERA

The long awaited 2010 Porsche Panamera was finally revealed in November 2008. While the overall shape of the car has long been known, and many spy shots of the pre-production test cars have been circulating print magazines and websites for nearly a year, the final styling details were always covered up. The four door Porsche Panamera is the first foray into the sports sedan market for the manufacturer. However after the introduction of the Cayenne SUV in 2002 it's not really that surprising, and is a fitting addition to the model lineup. The styling of the Panamera is almost instantly recognizable as belonging to a Porsche model. The front end is especially familiar, and closely resembles the face of the Porsche 997 (911). In profile the Porsche Panamera quite clearly displays it four door layout without trying to hide the rear doors with clever styling tricks. Stylewise the rear section is probably the cars least successful angle, and while the sloping hatch clearly sets the Panamera apart from its competitors, it also looks strangely out of place on a luxury four-door car. Powering the Porsche Panamera is a range of 6 and 8 cylinder engines. More details on power output and performance will be added to this article as they are released.

MERCEDES-BENZ S600 PULLMAN GUARD 2009

Like the famously luxurious and spacious open-plan Pullman railway coaches after which it is named, the 2009 Mercedes-Benz S 600 Pullman Guard Limousine treats its occupants to a travelling environment characterised by generous accommodation and the highest comfort. The S 600 Pullman Guard owes its spacious interior to its 4315-millimetre wheelbase (115 centimetres longer than that of the long version of the special-protection S-Class). Indeed, with an overall length of 6356 millimetres, the S 600 Pullman Guard is a vehicle of truly majestic proportions which offers its passengers not only a maximum of comfort, but also a superbly appointed setting for discreet meetings, equipped, of course, with all the key communications and entertainment systems. This ensures they are always able to remain fully in touch with the rest of the world while enjoying the luxury and comfort of their own very special place in it.
The technical basis for the 2009 Pullman limousine is provided by the S 600 Guard, the top of the Mercedes-Benz Guard range. It is powered by a superbly smooth twelve-cylinder biturbo engine with a displacement of 5513 cubic centimetres and an output of 380 kW/517 hp with an impressive 830 Nm of torque.
The suspension and basic vehicle structure have been modified as it would be impossible to guarantee the long-term overall stability of the vehicle with its extra-long wheelbase if the lengthening process consisted of simply inserting an additional body section. The modifications also provide a solid foundation for the integration of the heavy special-protection elements. Furthermore, the new state limousine is equipped with a higher rear roof for easier access and greater headroom. Four passengers can be accommodated in the rear compartment behind the partition - in comfortable seats whose face-to-face arrangement recalls the great Pullman tradition. Integrated special protection for outstanding safety
What's more, the new Mercedes-Benz S 600 Pullman Guard offers its demanding passengers extremely effective protection from attack. Its Highest Protection status means that it has been engineered to resistance level B6/B7, as tested and certified by state-approved organisations, and also meets additional requirements which go beyond those laid down in the standard but which are tested by public and independent organisations. Its armour resists military-standard small-arms projectiles and provides protection against fragments from hand grenades and other explosive charges. Additional safety features include run-flat tyres, a self-sealing fuel tank and a fire-extinguishing system. In order to ensure that the Mercedes S 600 Pullman Guard offers outstanding protection, specialists with many years of experience in this field apply the principle of integrated special protection to the Pullman limousine. In effect this means that, rather than retro-fitting the protective elements in the doors, rear wall, side panels, roof lining and firewall etc. of an already finished vehicle, they fully integrate them into the bodyshell in a dedicated production process. This effectively creates a coat of armour around the entire passenger cell. Even the roof frame struts, door locks, door gaps, exterior mirror mountings and other components are incorporated into this security concept. The resulting vehicle offers hallmark Mercedes-Benz build quality combined with comprehensive Highest Protection characteristics, even in those areas where retrofitting would be all but impossible.

THE 2009 CADILLAC CTS-V SPORT SEDAN

The 2009 Cadillac CTS-V sport sedan, Cadillac's ultimate expression of performance and luxury, is powered by a 556 horsepower supercharged V8 engine which also develops 551 lb-ft of torque. The engine is a modified version of the LS9 V8 found in the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1.
The 2009 CTS-V also includes a comprehensive suite of technical and design enhancements over the previous generation CTS-V, including Magnetic Ride Control, an industry-first Performance Traction Management program and the addition of a new automatic transmission with paddle-shift control. Transmission choices for the 2009 CTS-V include either a six-speed manual or an exclusive, six-speed automatic with steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. It is the first automatic offered on the CTS-V. "The CTS-V represents the full extension of our design, technology and performance capabilities," says Jim Taylor, Cadillac general manager. "The V-Series takes the award-winning CTS sport sedan and elevates it to a position within the club of the world's most exclusive and capable cars."
The 2009 Cadillac CTS-V also includes sophisticated braking and tire systems, in partnership with two companies renown for high-performance technology: Brembo and Michelin. Brembo brakes are at all four corners and include powerful, six-piston calipers in the front and four-piston calipers in the rear. Michelin worked with Cadillac engineers to develop its acclaimed Pilot Sport 2 (PS2) summer tire for the CTS-V and its 19-inch wheels.
Inside the CTS-V Cadillac have created a decidedly sporting ambiance with Recaro 14-way adjustable sports seats, and a microfibre material offering high levels of grip is added to the steering wheel, seats and shifter to offer better driver control.

BMW 5 SERIES GRAN TURISMO 2009

BMW is pretty good at inventing entirely new vehicle segments and the 5 Series Gran Turismo is just such a vehicle. The defining feature of the 5 Series Gran Turismo is the coupe-like profile and slightly raised stance over the 5 Series sedan.
The BMW 5 Series GT can hardly be described as a good looking vehicle, although the added space and versatility do make it a practical choice for consumers who require the style and presence of a luxury sedan but the adaptability of a Sports Utility Vehicle.
The high class feeling is further underlined by the slightly elevated seating position, the large window areas, the optional panorama glass roof, as well as luxurious materials and quality finish. The controls and instruments are laid out in a clear, structured arrangement and include BMW's new iDrive system with a 10.2 Display monitor.
The interior of the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo enables the driver and passengers to vary the space inside the car as they wish to their individual, personal requirements. In their standard position, the rear seats offer the passengers the same kind of legroom as in the BMW 7 Series combined with the same headroom as in the BMW X5. In this configuration, luggage capacity is 440 litres or 15.4 cu ft. When required, the rear seats may be moved individually to the front by up to 100 millimetres or almost 4", with legroom still remaining the same as in the BMW 5 Series Saloon and an increase in luggage capacity to 590 litres or 20.7 cu ft. And after folding down the rear-seat backrests together with the partition, finally, luggage space increases to its maximum capacity of 1,700 litres or 59.5 cu ft.
The two-piece tailgate on the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo means luggage or cargo can be loaded in two different ways. Either by opening the small, sedan-like door beneath the rear window, with the tailgate remaining closed, or by opening the entire rear hatch.
The BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo is available with three different engine options. The BMW 530d Gran Turismo is powered by by a 3.0 litre straight-six diesel developing 245 hp @ 4,000 rpm. This engine offers a 0-60 mph time of 6.9 seconds and a top speed of 149 mph.
The 535i Gran Turismo is equipped with a 3.0 litre straight-six with TwinPower Turbo. This engine offers up 306 horsepower @ 5,800 rpm, a 0-60 mph time of 6.3 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.
The top spec model of the 5 Series Gran Turismo is the 550i Gran Turismo. This version is fitted with a 4.4 litre V8 with TwinPower Turbo. Power output for the engine is rated at 407 hp @ 5,500 rpm and 442 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque @ 1,750 rpm. The 550i Gran Turismo can sprint from rest to 60 mph in just 5.5 seconds. Top speed is an electronically limited 155 mph.
All versions of the 5 Series Gran Turismo come as standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

THE ALL-NEW 2009 BMW 750Li

The all-new 2009 BMW 7 Series features many industry firsts, and several technologies new for BMW. The 2009 7 Series features:
- World's first Night Vision system with individual pedestrian recognition.
- World's first production car with front side view camera.
- First BMW Saloon with speed-related Integral Active Steering.
- First BMW with Lane Change Warning.
In Europe the 5th generation BMW 7 Series is offered with three different engine options. Including a 245 horspower 3.0 litre diesel, a 326 horsepower 3.0 litre 6 cylinder, and a 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8 which produces 407 horsepower. For the US market the 7 Series will be available solely in V8 form. The BMW 750Li is the flagship 7 Series model. The new 4,395cc V8 engine from the BMW X6, features twin-turbochargers and high-precision direct injection technology. It develops 407hp from 5,500rpm to 6,400rpm, and 442 lb-ft (600Nm) of torque from 1,750rpm to 4,500rpm.
The all-aluminium V8 engine powering the 750i and 750Li also features its own world first - twin-turbochargers and catalysts that are placed within the V-space of the engine block. This not only optimises packaging but the reduction in manifold length and larger cross sections mean the engine breathes better for enhanced performance. Regenerative braking is used to charge the battery for the car's electrical circuit. When the driver is accelerating the alternator disengages so all of the engine's power is channelled towards the car's performance. Other ancillaries, such as the air-conditioning compressor, are also able to disengage to improve the all round performance of the car, while at the same time improving fuel economy. To aid driving dynamics and comfort the 2009 7 Series is the first BMW Saloon to feature race car-like double-wishbone front suspension. This arrangement allows engineers to fine-tune the suspension for the best kinematic configuration. The rear suspension consists of a five-link arrangement made of aluminium which can be further optimised with the inclusion of Adaptive Air Suspension. Inside the 2009 BMW 7 Series is a host of modern conveniences. The 2009 7 Series is the first BMW to enable a customer to upload their favourite music to be stored on the vehicle courtesy of an 8Gb hard drive. In excess of 100 albums can be saved in this way. Four-zone automatic air-conditioning is fitted as standard while, for the first time, the 7 Series can have a rear seat ventilation system combined with massage function. The air-conditioning system feeds cool air to the seat squab and backrest, while 12 massage bubbles gently knead the occupants' upper body. On the 10.2-inch dash-mounted screen, owners will be able to programme frequently selected radio stations or navigation destinations on favourite buttons located on the centre console. For the first time on a BMW the instrument cluster comprises a high-resolution colour display with Black Panel technology.

THE 2009 ACURA TL INTRODUCED A NEW FACE FOR THE TL MODEL.

Powering the Acura TL is a choice of two engines. Standard fitment is a 3.5 litre V6 which develops 280 horsepower and sends its power to the front wheels through Acura's Sequential SportShift 5-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters and Grade Logic Control.
For the more performance conscious there is the Acura TL SH-AWD model, equipped with a 3.7 litre V6 option which manages to produce a respectable 305 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque at 5000 rpm. During rapid cornering, the SH-AWD system distributes more torque to the outside rear wheel to create what Acura call a "yaw moment" to help the the car turn in faster. Available on both the Acura TL and TL SH-AWD is a technology package that includes the most comprehensive array of advanced electronic features ever offered by Acura. The Technology Package includes the Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition, AcuraLink real-time traffic, AcuraLink weather with Doppler-style radar mapping, an Acura/ELS Surround premium audio system and Keyless Access System with pushbutton ignition. The included Navigation System features a new 8-inch full VGA high-resolution color display for improved visibility.

THE LAMBORGHINI ESTOQUE 2008

The styling of the Estoque is instantly recognizable as belonging to Lamborghini. And while the car is not exactly beautiful in the purest sense of the word, it is still a striking vehicle. The extremely aggressive front end is dominated by the massive air intakes either side of the bumper underneath the slit-like headlights.
The rest of the Estoque is fairly conservative for Lamborghini. The sides are uncluttered but still purposeful and powerful, especially the rear arches which display a distinct bulge over the rear wheels. The tail section features narrow taillights neatly recessed into the bodywork, and a pair of centrally positioned exhaust tips in the lower bumper.
The interior of the Lamborghini Estoque features four individual sport seats with electric adjustment. The dominant interior covering is Nappa leather.
The driver is presented with a large LCD display screen which offers up vehicle and route information. A range of formats are available for selection depending on personal preference - a distinctive classical layout with circular instrument dials, or an innovative digital display. The Lamborghini Estoque is also fitted with a top-spec audio unit and a sophisticated rear seat entertainment system.
A range of drivetrains are conceivable for the Lamborghini Estoque, ranging from the V10 found in the Gallardo LP 560-4, to a turbocharged V8 derived from this V10. The economical options could include a V8 with a hybrid module or an extremely high-performance diesel unit.
